- Prior delivery or operations experience
- Comfortable managing teams

Customer service & support
Taking calls from couriers and contracting parties, and following up on requests and complaints.
- Strong communication manner
- Able to work shifts
HR / administrative officer
Sourcing couriers, maintaining their files and regulatory paperwork, and general admin.
- Careful with documentation
- Confident with computers and government portals
