2. Scope of services
We provide last-mile and order delivery, managed courier fleets, warehousing and fulfilment, and intercity distribution. The detailed scope, pricing and service levels of each engagement are set out in a separate agreement between the parties, which prevails over anything stated on this website in the event of a conflict.
3. Ordering and pricing
- Prices shown or quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
- Final cost may vary with shipment size and weight, delivery zone and service timing.
- Fees fall due according to the schedule agreed in the contract or purchase order.
4. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information about the shipment and the pickup and delivery addresses.
- Package the shipment adequately to keep it safe in transit, unless we handle packing.
- Do not send any prohibited item or anything that contravenes applicable Saudi regulations.
5. Prohibited items
Explosive or flammable materials, narcotics, weapons, live animals, cash and precious metals, and any item whose circulation is restricted by law may not be carried. The customer bears full responsibility for any breach, and we reserve the right to refuse the shipment or hand it over to the competent authorities.
6. Delivery and timing
We make every effort to meet stated delivery windows, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather or regulatory decisions. Such circumstances do not constitute a breach of our obligations.
7. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the amounts agreed in the contract or the statutory minimum, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Any claim must be notified to us within the period specified in the contract from the date of delivery or its expected date.
8. Cancellation
An order may be cancelled free of charge before a courier is assigned. After assignment or once execution has begun, a cancellation fee may apply as set out in the contract.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the logo, text and designs — is owned by the Company and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Changes to these terms
The Company may amend these terms at any time, effective from the date of publication on this page. Continuing to use the website or services after publication constitutes acceptance of the amendment.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
